These Terms and Conditions and the Complaints Procedure (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions) govern all your purchases of tickets for cultural, social or other events (hereinafter referred to as «Events») made through the sales network of our company. Our sales network means online connected sales points (ie our own sales points and sales points of our contractual partners) and online sales on our website at www.megaevent.eu. By purchasing a ticket in any form, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.
Where we talk about our company, we mean our company Občanské sdružení pro Evropskou multikulturní společnost, z.s., registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, represented by the chairman Olga Kondrashina, IČ: 22667598, with its registered office at Králův Dvůr u Berouna, Plzeňská 370 , kor. address Lazarská 5, Prague 1, 11000. We ensure the sale and distribution of tickets for individual Events in the name and on behalf of their organizer, based on the authorization given by the contract with the organizer. Our company is also the organizer of individual Events for which tickets are sold. Purchasing a ticket for the Event creates a direct legal relationship between you as the customer who buys the ticket and the organizer of this Event who sells the ticket. Therefore, all your claims related to the purchased ticket and your right to participate in the Event for which you purchased this ticket are always directed to the organizer of the Event, not to our company.
Our company is in no way responsible for the holding of Events that is not the organizer, or for the fact that the Event will not take place, is not responsible for any change in the Events or their dates or venues, nor is responsible for their course, for any events that would Events occurred, or for anything that would have its origin in these Events. We are not liable for any damage or any other harm that may be incurred by you or any third party in connection with the Promotion. In particular, we are not responsible for any expenses that you may incur in connection with the Promotion, its change, cancellation, action or inaction. All claims must always be made to the relevant event organizer.
In connection with entering a specific Event, you are always obliged to follow the rules set by the organizer of the Event. You are also obliged to comply with the operating and visiting rules of the Event venue.
The organizer of each Event reserves the right to change its program, date and venue. By purchasing a ticket, you as a customer acknowledge this right of the organizer.
Our company is in no way responsible for the validity and authenticity of tickets purchased outside our sales network. Always store purchased tickets in any form (classic paper and E-Tickets and M-Tickets) safely, do not display or show them anywhere. By publishing them publicly, you run the risk of misusing the barcode and your ticket number, and therefore you do not have to be admitted to the Event. At the same time, we strongly do not recommend buying second-hand tickets, you avoid the unpleasant surprise that you will not be admitted to the Event.
When purchasing tickets through our website, these sites will easily and clearly guide you through the entire purchase process, including how to pay the ticket price and other fees you will pay in addition to the price of the selected tickets. If you buy tickets at the point of sale of our sales network, the staff who will serve you here will provide you with all the necessary information.
Tickets are sold in our sales network (i) in the classic paper form or (ii) in electronic form, which is sent to customers by e-mail or customers are allowed to download and / or print this type of ticket via the public data network Internet ( also referred to as E-ticket) or (iii) in electronic form, which is sent to customers via their mobile phone (also referred to as M-ticket).
You will be acquainted with the prices of individual tickets sold in our sales network on the website of our company at www.megaevent.eu or you will be acquainted with them when purchasing them at the point of sale of our sales network.
In addition to the ticket price, which belongs to the event organizer and which you pay through our sales network, including any value added tax, which according to the law (hereinafter in these Business Conditions also only the Admission), you may be charged other fees that belong to our company for using our sales network to buy tickets. These are the so-called Service Fee and Transaction Fee. You will always be informed of their amount in advance for each individual purchase, either in the relevant shopping window that opens when you purchase a ticket via the website, or will be communicated to you by the relevant employee who will serve you at the point of sale. Your total payment will include the Entry Fee, ie the price of the ticket in question, which belongs to the event organizer, as well as the payment in the form of the Service Fee and Transaction Fee, which belongs to our company, if charged in a specific case. If, when purchasing a ticket through the website, you request delivery to the address you specify, our company will also charge you for the cost of delivery of the ticket, which we call the Delivery Fee. This Delivery Fee also belongs to our company and you will always be informed of its amount in advance for each individual purchase in the relevant shopping window.
Cash on delivery tickets are not sent.
For the reason stated in the provisions of § 1837, letter j) of the Civil Code, you cannot withdraw from the purchase of a ticket in accordance with § 1829 of the Civil Code (ie it is not possible to use the option of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, which is otherwise given generally for other purchases over the Internet), because in this case o a contract on the use of free time and performance (participation in the Event to which the ticket entitles) is provided within a specified period or time. Therefore, in such a case, the law does not provide the customer with the possibility to withdraw from the contract in this way.
All claims for tickets purchased in our sales network are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
As mentioned above, our company is not the organizer of any of the Events. Therefore, the provisions of points 3 to 6 above will fully apply to all your claims associated with the purchased ticket.
The Admission Paid or any other amounts you pay in connection with the purchase of tickets in our sales network will not be refunded, unless expressly stated otherwise below.
The purchased ticket is not exchanged. In the event of damage, destruction, loss or theft of the ticket, the ticket will not be replaced with a new one and no compensation will be provided to you.
If you choose tickets as a method of delivery of tickets by post to postal transport to an address in the Czech Republic or in Europe and the tickets are not delivered to you, inform our company, which will immediately make a complaint to the relevant postal service provider. The settlement of this complaint takes a maximum of 30 days in the case of delivery to the address of the Czech Republic, and a maximum of 60 days in the case of delivery outside the Czech Republic. If the result of the complaint procedure with the postal service provider is to find out that the sent tickets have been lost due to reasons not on your part, we will notify you of the result of the complaint and return the Admission paid for undelivered tickets and refund the paid Service Fee, Transaction Fee and Delivery fee (point 11. of the Business Conditions).
In the event that the organizer cancels the event completely, you will be notified via the contact details you provided when purchasing tickets (especially e-mail) that the Event is canceled. However, we do not respond to you if it is not possible to reach you in time via this contact or if you receive a timely notification of the cancellation of the Promoted Event.
If the event is completely canceled by the organizer, we will return the Admission in the manner described below only up to the amount of funds provided by the organizer for this purpose, as we act only in the name and on behalf of the organizer of the event. In the part in which your claims will not be satisfied in this way, you are solely responsible for the organizer of the canceled Event.
If the event is completely canceled by the organizer, for which you have already bought a ticket in our sales network, paid but not yet received or has not been sent to you, subject to the provisions of point 20. Business conditions Admission will be refunded by your payment card you paid for the ticket, or to the account from which our company received payment for the ticket. We will also refund the paid Service Fee and Delivery Fee.
If the Event for which you have duly purchased, paid for and accepted the ticket in our sales network is completely canceled, the procedure for returning the Admission will be as follows:
If the ticket was purchased at a specific point of sale of our sales network, the Admission will be paid to you, subject to the provisions of point 20. of the Terms and Conditions, if you arrive with your ticket without undue delay at the point of sale where you purchased it. Due to the fact that our company acts in the name and on behalf of the organizer of the canceled Event, another specific place may be designated at the request of the organizer, in which the Admission will be returned by the organizer. In the event that the point of sale where you purchased the tickets is canceled or out of order, these tickets can be returned at our point of sale at Lazarská 5, Prague 1, 11000, or sent by post to the address of the Občanské sdružení pro Evropskou multikulturní společnost, z.s., Králův Dvůr u Berouna, Plzeňská 370. Postage and packing costs are not refundable;
If a specific place is not specified by the organizer, in which the Admission will be returned by the organizer, you also have the option to send a ticket for the canceled Event directly to our company to the address: Lazarská 5, Prague 1, 11000. delivered without undue delay, the Admission will be returned to you by bank transfer to the account, which you will inform us in writing for this purpose, subject to the provisions of point 20. of the Business Conditions;
If you have purchased a ticket for the canceled Event via our website, deliver this ticket without undue delay by post to the address of our company mentioned in the previous indent or to our point of sale Lazarská 5, Prague 1, 11000. Admission will be subject to point 20. returned by bank transfer to the account that you provide us in writing for this purpose;
If you have purchased a ticket for the canceled event via our website in the form of an E-ticket or M-ticket, send your complaint to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing to the address: Králův Dvůr u Berouna, Plzeňská 370. Subject to the provisions of point 20. of the Business Conditions, the Admission will be returned to you by means of your payment card with which you paid for the ticket or to the account from which our company received payment for the ticket;
If the ticket for the canceled Event was purchased as part of a bulk order through our company’s sales department, it must be delivered to our company without undue delay to our address: Králův Dvůr u Berouna, Plzeňská 370 or to our company’s point of sale located at Lazarská 5, Prague. 1, 11000. In these cases, the entrance fee will always be returned only to the person who paid the ticket within the bulk order; however, always subject to the provisions of point 20. of the Terms and Conditions. If a ticket for a canceled Promotion purchased as part of a bulk order through our company’s sales department is submitted for a complaint at a point of sale other than the point of sale in Rococo Passage, such claimed tickets from the bulk order will first be forwarded to our company’s sales department for settlement. will be delivered within three working days of their receipt from the customer. In these cases, the entrance fee will always be returned only to the person who paid it within the bulk order, but always subject to the provisions of point 19. of the Business Conditions.
If the Entry Fee is returned in accordance with points 21 and 22, we will also refund the paid Service Fee and Transaction Fee. In the case referred to in point 22, the Delivery Fee will not be refunded.
Any complaints other than those based on the fact that the Event was completely canceled by the organizer, we will always proceed to comment or direct settlement to the organizer. The provisions of points 3 to 6 above shall also apply in full here. You will be notified of the organizer’s opinion on the complaint within 30 days. At your request, of course, we will provide you with direct contact to the organizers.
All complaints and any questions must be delivered without undue delay by e-mail to our company to this e-mail address: email@example.com or in writing to the address: Králův Dvůr u Berouna, Plzeňská 370.
We cannot in any way claim any ticket from our company that you have not purchased in our sales network.
Prohibition of further ticketing
Tickets purchased in our sales network are not primarily intended to be further traded or speculated. The organizer has commissioned us to sell tickets to people who are interested in participating in the event, but does not want these tickets to become the subject of secondary trade. Please note that some organizers may take appropriate measures to prevent unwanted ticket speculation.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall remain unaffected.
In the event that a consumer dispute arises between the organizer of the Event and you, if you are a consumer, in connection with the purchase of a ticket for the Event organized by the organizer or in connection with the event or course of the event, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement. out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to a designated subject of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, which is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Prague 2, e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, web: http: //adr.coi .cz. You can also use the online dispute resolution platform set up by the European Commission at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The same applies if there is a consumer dispute between you and our company.
